About Bayou City Cypress Women

Bayou City Women exists to help women of all ages grow in devotion to Jesus. We are an intergenerational community learning to follow Him together, gathering in prayer and worship, growing through Scripture and relationships, and going out to serve with purpose. Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with Jesus for years, there’s a place for you here.

Women’s Ministry Pillars

Biblical Literacy | To encourage women to know and love the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit through the written Word of God so that our lives are built on the truth of God, which is revealed in Scripture (Romans 15:4; 2 Timothy 3:16).
Prayer | To seek the Lord's truth and perspective as women who pray with and for one another, both individually and corporately. (Philippians 4:6-7)
Outreach/Service | To serve the church body and surrounding community both jointly and individually by using the gifts and time that have been entrusted to us. (1 Peter 4:10)
Community | To build a place where women of all generations are known, cared for, and valued, promoting a life of fellowship. (Acts 2: 44-47)
Worship | To respond to the Lord by recognizing Him as who He has revealed Himself to be as we reflect the truth of His character to the world around us. (John 4:24).
